The store is impressively large, which makes for a much more relaxed shopping trip. The aisles feel spacious and it’s rarely as crowded as other supermarkets in the area, allowing you to get your shopping done without the usual stress or rush. The product have a huge collection, so never struggled to find what I’m looking for. A big bonus is the convenient car wash located right there in the parking area, which is perfect for getting the car cleaned while you do your grocery run.
The worse staff at collection. They're imperialism mind setup and doesn't care for customers. Even the one guy don't bother himself to even look to the order and always blaming Asda system. Always one thing we heard from him" cancel the order " nobody is preparing the order.
I was having a ditzy morning in Asda and using the wrong side of the self scanning table to place my scanned items. This resulted in a big bottle of beer rolling off the side and exploding with a bang creating a big mess. I felt awful and stupid but the two ladies in the self scanning area dealt with it so well offering a replacement bottle and giving me a new bag to replace the one I’d ruined. The store has a great selection of products. However while in this store looking for items I asked for help finding them and the staff member I talked to was not sure where they were and took me around to three different isles until asking one of his colleagues for help. Otherwise it's great.
I lived in the vicinity fir years but have seen this store go downhill gradually..went in yestrdy..Saturday.. for few bits..lots of shelves were not empty but almost and the ques were ridiculous...even the self check out had a very long que to go through!shame....
