Horrible store and horrible rude miserable staff especially one called lisa at self check out! i was not even finished my shopping till she went on about bags i wasn’t sure how many id use id normally add on at the end.. not to mention going through my whole bag when the bagging area was flashing she could see the item it was and she could also see id scanned all my items as she was stood over my shoulder making me feel very uncomfortable the whole time not to mention being that close to me she probably saw personal bank inf... read more
Typical Asda store if you are a regular and want to grocery shop. Large car park, plenty of parent and child spaces. However the cafe was absolutly terrible. Will not be eating there again. Half of the breakfast was unedible and the staff did not care in the slightest. Wouldnt resolve the problem.
I placed an on line order which arrived but had 3 x unacceptable substitutions and 1 x picking error, these had to go back which meant I had been charged as much for picking and delivery as for the goods that I kept. Me and my boyfriend were followed around the entire time, we’re both teenagers and I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time, especially when going to the self checkout and wanting to pay for some bits in cash and some on card and they brought security over to watch. Really upsetting experience and shops need to get over the stigma that all teens are out to steal.
I've been to the restaurant twice and enquired about a whole pizza to be told on both occasions that they aren't able to make whole pizzas. I bought 4 slices for 50p less than the advertised full pizza and just as I completed my order they boxed up a whole pizza for someone. Why do I keep being lied to. This happened today at 1245.
