Placed an order to be delivered on xmas eve between 8am and 9am. Was cancelled by store at 3am. Error apparently but now have to tackle the shops for food. Would not recommend online shopping with these.
Hello all, it is with great displeasure I leave this ASDA with only 3 stars, I deducted a star for the lack of halloween and or any seasonal items, I deducted an additional star for a loud crashing sound that really really upset me, what really ticked me off is the lack of McDonalds…. It has gone downhill since the McDonalds tragically left. PS, I thought it absolutely STANK in said ASDA but turns out it was my mother.
The cafe Not at all friendly . Filthy counters where drinks are dispensed. Generally unkemp and awful atmosphere . Very dissatisfied. However the actual Store staff are amazing helpful and run off their feet . Can’t fault them . However The owners of the cafe compass need to make more of an effort 🙄
Used be pretty good despite constant rearranging of produce.. However they have now stopped till cashiers after 8pm... He usually finishes our shopping around 8.30.So my husband who is tall with AS had to load shopping on to the lower than normal selfserve till and had to do it all himself.. He did ask if he could have help at a regular till and they said no...charming.. So now Aldi and Waitrose will get our custom if Asda want to continue to be unhelpful. Not good for folks who do shopping after working an 8 hour day. 😕
Busy store and car park . Can be quite tricky to access at peak times . Good store and wide range of products . Adjoining petrol station and food court .
