The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant; although the item I wanted wasn't on the shelves, they promptly retrieved it from the warehouse for me.

I went to main entrance the lady was soo rude and she said to go through the other side when i went there stood there for 5 minutes then i knock on mirror to get the attention from the person who was on till . He completely ignored and when he turns up to me he said i have two hands . But i was the first person in the queue. When i said is this is the way to talk to customers and he left the tills and walked away. You can check CCTV at 11:30pm 31Oct 2025. What a Useless service . Very disappointed

very disappointing experience at ASDA Walthamstow Express Petrol on 124 Markhouse Road during the night time. The staff member was extremely rude and refused to exchange an item before I paid. The customer service was terrible, and they were giving out poor quality items. Every day is like this with bad service and attitude. Very bad experience overall!

We want to buy ice cream but this guy behaviour was so bad & unacceptable and he said to us you go and complain to Asda …. Sooo bad behaviour…I attached some evidence with you …

It’s really gone downhill. Messy, items regularly out of stock and poor customer service. There seems to have been a recent change of all staff, and the new cohort really aren’t great. While I was paying for my items, a cashier serving someone else started shouting obscenities at another customer.
