very disappointing experience at ASDA Walthamstow Express Petrol on 124 Markhouse Road during the night time. The staff member was extremely rude and refused to exchange an item before I paid. The customer service was terrible, and they were giving out poor quality items. Every day is like this with bad service and attitude. Very bad experience overall!
We want to buy ice cream but this guy behaviour was so bad & unacceptable and he said to us you go and complain to Asda …. Sooo bad behaviour…I attached some evidence with you …
It’s really gone downhill. Messy, items regularly out of stock and poor customer service. There seems to have been a recent change of all staff, and the new cohort really aren’t great. While I was paying for my items, a cashier serving someone else started shouting obscenities at another customer.
From my experience of Asda as a store, this petrol station edition is a letdown. Staff uncooperative. For the footprint of the site, you expectation will exceed their usefullness. Why such a big store with such miserable daytime staff? I predict another company is going to rehash this store for the better.. and will consider the amount of parking space available facilities instore needs a 'better survey'.
ATM worked 😲 Had what I required. Newspapers, petrol (well it is a petrol station) snacks. No long wait.
