We got my wedding ring here and they made us feel so heard and were so helpful and nice. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a place that makes you feel like you want to come back and see them for any jewelry needs you have. We had Kimberly Hagerman the store manager help us and she was so welcoming and got everything we needed and more.
Kim was very helpful picking out a necklace for my son! She was personable and informative on care for the necklace I purchased. I will return in the future for more jewelery needs and purchases.
I’ve been buying jewelry from here for over 12 years. Kim is awesome. You need to go see her if you need jewelry but the whole crew is awesome too highly recommend if you need jewelry. Go get it from here.
I had a situation where my 37 year old ring beyond repair. Kim was so patient and explained how the trade in would work. In the end my husband bought me a beautiful ring and Kim is a gem!
Had the most amazing service at Ashcroft from looking at their selection of engagement rings, selecting diamonds, and it all fitting into our budget. Ariel and Kim are absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, and were more than helpful finding the perfect ring!
