I found a ring I loved, traded in an old one, and spent $8,000 on a new piece. They sent it out to be sized & soldered. On the way home, we realized they never fitted me for sizing, and my old ring was too small if they were going by it. Great experience! Chain my wife’s pendant came with broke, glad i was right again by making her getting a thicker one 🤣💪🏼 my salesman, sorry im bad with names just a down to earth person super chill and professional. Recommend them all the way! He even gave me a discount because my wife is a nurse!💙 Even replaced broken chain at no charge. A+++++
My fiancé purchased a diamond and pearl ring for me from this store about 9 months ago, and unfortunately, it has been a consistent source of frustration. Within that time, we’ve had to bring the ring in for repairs approximately four times due to repeated issues with it breaking. Despite following all care instructions and treating the ring gently (removing it when sleeping, avoiding water, and being cautious) it continued to fall apart. John and Melody presented me with a showcase of rings explaining the nuances of diamonds, which helped to narrow my choices. My husband and I are pleased with the ring we chose. I've already received many compliments. We highly recommend Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers. They are very attentive and knowledgeable.
Love how helpful everyone was! Melody helped us decide on a watch and we ended up landing on a BEAUTIFUL pink TSUYOSA Automatic. After we purchased we needed a few links off the watch due to how big it was and Charles and John helped us out. Very quick and outstanding customer service.
