I went to pick up my ring that had just come in from being repaired, and arrived shortly after 7pm on a Thursday, under the impression that the store closed at 8 (which is what Google said, incorrectly) and they were kind enough to reopen the doors to allow me to pick up my ring so that I didn't have to make an extra trip. In April, I went to Ashcroft &Oak to look for new wedding rings for my husband and I. Lindsay helped me out .I told her what I was looking for and she showed me what they had for my husband. I loved the wedding band that I picked out for him .He likes it .my band that I picked out is nice. Mine has diamonds in it. The customer service I received from both Colin and Lindsay are unmatched by any other store I checked out prior to coming here. They were very patient and knowledge about the products. I will definitely make this my first stop when shopping for jewelry in the future and I look forward to coming back soon.

Lindsay MacKay was so polite and so helpful. She Did a wonderful job when it came to information about the different diamonds. Definatly will ask for her service on my next visit.

Had an awesome experience here! I don't have a ton of jewelry experience but I went in and talked to Esther she explained everything to me and made the entire transaction Seamless!
At first when I got my engagement from them it was wonderful! However since than dealing with this company has been a nightmare. First, if you do buy from this company get the insurance on your item! I know it is more expensive this way, but with the amount of times I have had to get my ring fixes it is a life saver! I have been engaged one year and I have only has physical position of my ring for maybe 4 to 6 months out of that year to get repairs. The quality isn't good at all. I've have many diamonds and many stones that I wear daily and I have never had 1 fall out ever. My sapphire stone came out in 3 months at this place. I don't even want the ring anymore, it's untrustworthy.

Dont do it! They ruined my ring! I took my brand new, beautiful engagement ring to be resized. I expressed my concerns that, I like all newly engaged people do not want anything to happen to my ring which would damage it. I only wanted to get it resized. I was assured that nothing would happen to my ring and that they "understand" how sentimental these rings are to people. A day later and $40, I pick up my ring and it is F*ed up. I was pissed.
