Dr. Bauer and her staff were great to work with. I had chronic recurring nose bleeds for years. Cauterization had been done elsewhere a few times. It was sometimes very painful and never cleared symptoms for very long. She performed another procedure under general anesthesia and the problem has not recurred at all for over 6 months. I am very happy
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bauer. She took her time to listen and explain my case very well. I recommend her 100%! Also thank you to nurse Julie, she's awesome too!
She was going to put a tube in my ear. Unable to do in office, suggested in surgery would work. She tried to put the same size tube in, instead of smaller one. then, I am charged 2500.00 after insurance for an unsuccessful outcome. No apologies for all of this.
Went in due to post op pain and infected eye. Her nurse Laurie wetted a wash cloth and without warning roughly rubbed it against my left eye and side of nose. When I started crying in pain they acted like I was being completely out of line and like I had no reason to be experiencing pain. Following that she began blaming my mental health history on why I was upset and wouldn’t let them continue to touch me despite me saying that they had hurt me.
