This therapy space has been grounding in ways I didn’t know I needed. I feel heard here in a way that feels real, not scripted. My therapist is warm, attentive, and honest, and I’ve grown so much in how I handle my emotions, relationships, and stress. I’m genuinely grateful for the support and care I’ve received and would absolutely recommend Ashley.
My counselors are the only thing keeping me at LifeStance. Without them I'd leave immediately due to their horrible website and billing system. There is nothing user friendly about their system.
