I’ve worked with 2 psychiatrists at LifeStance and they’ve been so much better than any from Kaiser. They look at the whole picture in a more holistic rather than prescriptive way and I really appreciate it. They also offer really great group classes and other resources. I only just started working with Ashley but I’m so excited and hopeful because she seems really thoughtful and smart and well-rounded.

It's wonderful. I look forward to our meetings every month. Ashley Hoeck Anderson is such a nice and understanding person with incredible insight. Plus, she listens to me. Even when I'm going on and on about an issue. That's makes me feel like she really cares, & that's rare nowadays. It's been years since I've had a psychiatrist who understands me. I think this is going to help me immensely. Thank you.

LifeStance has been a lifesaver. Even prior to the pandemic they had virtual appointments as an option so they have the online system down. The providers I’ve had have been wonderful. I love that you have access to bios of the providers to help you choose. I’ve recommended several friends and they’ve also had good experiences. Their communications system is wonderful. Ashley is calm, smart, thoughtful and invested in helping me solve myself. We do this thru medication and virtual chats. I feel unburdened even if I don't say much since Ashley is so trustworthy. She's super careful and watchful of her patients and I recommend her with my whole heart.
