Jazz was great to deal with. Excellent quality furniture.
Store had a lot of great furniture items to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The overall service was ten out of ten!
We are very pleased with all of our furniture that we bought at Ashleys. The quality is top notch right along with their service. We dealt with Rick at the Courtney store and highly recommend him. Our initial delivery was scheduled for late March and was super pleased when we call the call early March that the furniture was in and ready to be delivered. My wife and I came in on a whim during a move to our new place because our old mattress and bedframe were essentially ruined. They happened to have a sign out front advertising their mattress sale, so the timing was excellent. We were helped by Rick, who patiently listened to what we were looking for and showed us several mattress models. Customer service was excellent. Rick gave me my space and was readily available when needed. They treated me with respect and consideration and made my transactions happen in a professional and expedient manner. Delivery went perfectly, the furnishings are awesome, I just get to sit back and enjoy. Ashley will always be my first consideration.
