Came in to buy a mattress on a Easter Sunday. Needed it in a pinch for a Murphy bed that I had just completed. The salesman quickly found what I needed and didn't oversell me and informed me of the best price even though it wasnt a big purchase to begin with. However, I forgot that I had a new car without roof racks so didn't know how I'd get it home. the salesman didn't think twice before offering to bag up the mattress and drive it to my house personally in his truck. Very nice! Great service and overall selection. I would recommend this store to anyone who asks. Went in looking for a new mattress and was not disappointed. After purchasing they loaded the king size mattress into the back of my truck for me and i was on my way. They have great sales to take advantage of too
This must be one of the finest businesses in Canada! Their professional approach, making sure the customer is taking care of and good value for money are some of the outstanding features of Ashley's in Courtenay. The salesperson around which everything revolves is Sakshi! I have never dealt with a more efficient and meticulous sales executive. She has tremendous pride in her job and if the world has more Sakshi's it will be a different place. A 10 star rating!!
Rick Nelson was a fabulous salesperson to talk to about our new king size mattress purchase. He knew what he was talking about and made our confidence in his product reach a point that when it came time to make our decision it became an easy one to make.
Sakshi was so attentive and knowledgeable as well as being friendly, patient, but not pushy. She ensured I got the best deal possible, and went above and beyond to get our bed to us on the same day as our purchase! Such a pleasure to do business with her.
