Great experience. Great guy Rick in Courtenay. Sad to hear there was no 15 dollar recycling fee for old mattresses.
Rick and Jeremy were friendly, positive and worked hard to find the items I was looking for. They did great follow-up and made sure I was kept up to date on the out of stock item that was not available for a month.
The delivery was on time,the two people that delivered it,were professional,efficient and courteous.I’m very pleased with the product as well as the service.Thank you
