Our salesman Rick Nelsen was just who we needed, professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to what we were looking for. He helped narrow down our choices efficiently so that we were not trying out every mattress in the store. I had planned to look around in other stores but was so satisfied with what we found and our service, I decided not to...that we had found the perfect mattress for us. Rick also helped with pillows and mattress cover. Thanks Rick.
Rick was such a great support from start to finish.
Rick was excellent. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable on the different kinds of Mattresses. He gave us our space to try each mattress out and we didn’t feel pressured into a sale. Very good experience shopping at Ashley in Courtenay and Rick was great.
