I walked into the store looking for a bookshelf and walked out with no ordinary bookshelf plus a stereo system and a sleeper Coach which my son testified that he was quite comfortable on. Great gratitude for awesome service. Shafia

Desiree was a pleasure to deal with. Could tell from the start after a few choices of what we liked, what suppliers we should look at. Gave us websites to look at so we could see other options that weren't in the store. The chairs we ordered are perfect for the area of our home we wanted them for and we are so happy with them. Will be going back when we are looking for other items!
Had a wonderful experience, staff friendly, helpful. Delivery went smoothly and the men that delivered the furniture were great.
My husband and I purchased a beautiful console leather sofa with power reclining everything from Ashley Home Store in Courtenay a few months ago. Great customer service. Rick was informative without being pushy. Made shopping there a pleasure. The store has great inventory and competitive prices. Highly recommend. I'd definitely purchase more furniture from them. Knowing it's locally owned is a bonus.

Rick was excellent, knowledgeable but not pushy, friendly but not over the top. Great customer service and we remember him from many years ago when he helped us buy other furniture. Definitely would recommend Ashley Home Furniture and we will buy more from this store with his help! The bonus was that everything we wanted was in stock and will be delivered at the end of the month when we need it!!

I was in to the Ashley Home Courtenay store two days in a row, and had the pleasure of dealing with Rick. He was just as kind and helpful on the first day as he was on the second.
