November 12th, 2018. Tim Vollmer was the sales rep. GREAT customer service, great prices, no hassle/no pressure. Will definitely shop at the Mankato Ashley in the future

The manager, Chris, and the whole team at the Mankato store are great! We've bought 2 couches, a love seat, a sectional, 2 recliners and several mattresses from the store spanning 3 years. Every time it's been a great experience. The furniture is also great quality and a great price.

We haven't received our furniture yet, but we just had the most awesome experience purchasing it with Nasser Elsadik. He met with me multiple times over the course of the last week to work out the numbers/financing for a large purchase on several different items. I never felt like I was annoying him and he never pressured me. I actually looked forward to going back in to look at some more stuff -- which is not something I expected. Then when we finally found 'it', Nasser was sure to price match the website without me having to bring it up, informed us of all of our options, gave us clear expectations, no surprises, and made it so easy to finalize the purchase. I can't wait to get our new liv... more>>

Chris Maxa was helpful friendly,and was not pushy or rude.
He helped and answered questions i had fully and did not hover.
he let you look and would come back and check up on you and see if you had any questions.
I bought the set because of his attitude and the friendly service pluse got it quick and likeed the couch and recliners it was exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price

Huge thanks to the people that I messaged through Facebook when I was 9 months pregnant. They helped me find the perfect chair options for what I was looking for without me having to drive up and walk around for hours. Once that was done I walked in store and 5 minutes later had chair ordered and was out. Thanks so much for the unconventional way of doing business. I appreciate it.

Kyle was awesome to work with, very good at answering questions and helping with sizing compared to room dimensions. We cannot wait to get our new furniture.
