I visited a few Ashley furniture locations as I was furnishing my new apartment. Saw a lot of furniture that I liked (so many good options!), but this location by far gave me the best service. Kalvin and his associate were very helpful, explaining the functionality and longevity of the couches/ottomans that I checked out. No one else at the other locations really explained the different perks to help compare and contrast. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend this place!
While my husband waited for me in our truck, I shopping for dining room chairs. I mentioned to the salesman, Matthew, that I wish my husband would come in to test the chair for comfort. Matthew immediately to offered to take the chair OUT TO OUR TRUCK, so my husband could give it a try!! Lol. After we had a big laugh, I bought six new chairs. I love this store and their employees.
Very friendly personal, our sales person was Burke Almendinger he helped our family feel welcomed set up a comfy sofa and played a movie for the kids to keep them entertained for us to be able to look around and shop!! Thank you so much we will definitely come back and make future purchases for our home!! Thank you so much!
Tim Vollmer was very helpful and found us a perfect mattress, adjustable bed frame, and sectional for our new house! We made an error in measuring for our sectional, so it did not fit. The delivery crew was amazing and tried their best to make it work, but ultimately it had to be returned. The delivery crew loaded it right back up and took it back with them, so it was very convenient for us.
