We worked with Pat Rufener. We were just looking because we were in North Branch on other business. Pat was not pushy but persuasive. She did not hesitate to figure out the price for us or show us other options. My husband decided on the spot to make the purchase (which is not like him). I credit that to Pat. We want to Thank You Pat for your friendly and helpful demeanor. Joe and Carol (we plan on coming back even though it is a 3 hour drive is worth it.
