Terri T. Was fabulous to work with. She provided excellent input on design of furniture & spaces we are furnishing, soft sell style with tact, care & such a positive demeanor! We purchased furniture at the North Branch location in March 2024. This would be a 5 star rating for the store and sales people. However, the furniture warranty we purchased with our dining room set and sectional sofa has been a waste of money. We have a dining room chair with a loose leg. Warranty company denies coverage. We have pet upholstery damage to our recliner (supposedly covered under the warranty) with coverage denied YET AGAIN. Gage was great to work with at North Branch Ashley store. Extremely helpful without being pushy. We looked elsewhere and came back. We've always had Ashley furniture and it does last 10-20yrs.
