They are very timely short waits in lobby and seeing the doctor
1. Find a different surgery group altogether!2. This doctor will spend a total of 3 minutes with you. 3. You'll have to hound the scheduler to get on the surgery schedule. She won't answer the phone and voice mail says not to leave more than one message every 24 hours and she will not call you back.4. The other office staff will not return your phone calls. 5. I had a terrible experience at Keller office. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the doctor did not show up . I believe before any surgery you have to visit your surgeon. After 3 weeks his office scheduled an appointment for me to visit Dr. Mekala and after 2 hours waiting in his office, his nurse just showed up and said she would visit me on behalf of Dr. Mekala since he is busy with surgery. Dr. Mekala operated on my son emergently for an inflamed and infected gallbladder with gallstones. We were randomly assigned him by the hospital we sought care at. He couldn't be bothered to take the time to visit with us prior to surgery or even after. We NEVER SAW THIS MAN. Further, he discharged my son the next day without ever putting eyes on him after surgery.
