I had a great experience during my wellness visit with Ashley Popadics, PA-C, at St. Alphonsus Family Medicine. She listened carefully, explained things in a way that made sense, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She didn’t rush and took my concerns seriously. The follow-up report was easy to read, and using MyChart helped me stay on top of everything after the visit. I felt cared for and confident when I left. I would definitely recommend her to others.
She's a wonderful, approachable PA. She listened to everything I was going through and addressed each situation.
Michelle at the front was so nice and we laughed together which was great. I love this office, the employees, the service and Dr. Buxton. My favorite doctor that I've ever had. Ashley is a wonderful PA. The other PA told me that I am diabetic, have heart failure and possible blood clots in my legs. She listed them off as she was reading her grocery list with absolutely no empathy or compassion. It was like being slapped in the face three times as she just listed them one after the other. I cannot recommend Ashley enough! She makes the effort to know her patients and always makes me feel like I matter (not just another patient to see). If you prefer a provider who gives that extra level of care-who treats you, not just your symptoms-she is the provider to choose.
Ashley is so attentive, thorough, and sincerely caring. After my first intake/wellness check appointment, she herself actually called to follow up (and I don't mean to discuss test results- just to reiterate and clarify some things we had talked about)! She is also the only doctor I've talked to that considers "minor" thyroid symptoms a real concern, and doesn't just go by test results.
