Carpet is old and the fridge is old and broken, parking lot is full of pot holes with very very faded parking stripes, exterior paint is chipping everywhere Three of Staircases are falling apart. The concrete walking paths are all cracks and need to be replaced in short it is in dire need of a remodel. Management is extremely good at taking care of what she can only take care of that isn’t above her.
Ashmoor Apartments is great place to live. Management is absolutely the best Christy the manager is awesome. The apartment was really nice and clean.
Lived there for 5 years of my childhood and it was a good place unless you count drugs weed broken vending machines come on moved out in 2016
Been there over a year have a comfortable place with my 2 cats
