Hello friends and family . If you are in need of a good contractor with unheard of warranties , you should contact Aspen ! They are timely , knowledgeable, professional, their work is beautiful , and they work great with insurance companies . Aspen made getting a new roof after hail damage an easy process . Shawn from Aspen will be in the Lenoir City area today if you need an estimate !! We will also be using them for our siding repairs!

There subcontractors used for the siding was very good and professional. Job was done well and looks good. Same cannot be said for the roofing subcontractors. Looked like a few young men picked up off the side of the road. Very sloppy and did some damage to other parts of the house. None spoke English. Aspen field supervisor inspected roof when job completed and said it appears to be done correctly. On the positive side, Aspen has a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Here is what the top of my roof looks like 1 week after a rain storm. Notice that the drain cutouts are higher than the roof. I kept telling them to build that part of the roof up too and they said they was. Guess they don’t know how to use levels. Apparently they are storm chasers and go to Texas, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee or any where else they can take advantage of victims of natural disasters.o

Be aware - my insurance inspected my roof in May 2017 and provided video evidence of improper installation. They will only 'patch' the roof -- waited 3 months to get help. I have pictures and emails. Buyer beware!!! The response: they will patch more roof when the wind blows it off.
