What a great experience at aspen dental. I had wisdom teeth removed . Dr Tawfik and his assistant Nara took the time to make sure I was comfortable and numb. I asked the Dr if he brought his A game and he definetly did. Great staff and pleasant outcome.. If you have doubts with your dental work go see Dr Tawfik and let him put you at ease!!
This was my first visit at Aspen Dental. I had broken a tooth and needed to schedule an emergency visit. It was a relief to be able to schedule online even though this happened late at night. I was nervous going into the visit not knowing what to expect. Meagan and Farrah were the first faces I met and their calm and pleasant personalities helped put me at ease. The dental assistants and dentist were also friendly and pleasant. I would recommend to anyone especially those who may be apprehensive about dental procedures.
Liar, liar, pants on fire!! I was having pain from an old root canal and crown. I saw my regular dentist the day before, but the Endodontis couldn't see me for a month. So, I read that Aspen had an Endodontist on staff. His next availability was the next week, but I would be on vacation. What infuriated me was when I told the receptionist that I had x-rays the previous day and that they would send them over, she told me that my dentist's office was closed! It felt very transactional. I was given a statement that the services I needed would be $2,200. They stated I had 7 cavities and multiple other issues. I sought a second opinion from a different office and received services there for a total of $60 and only 2 cavities. I felt like Aspen Dental was trying to scare me into thinking I had major issues and needed to pay a lot of money immediately to get them resolved.
Had a pleasant experience at the seekonk, Aspen Dental. Price was more than acceptable with my insurance. Dr wong took care of me very well during 3 fillings. Another worker, at request, put on some music to relax me a little bit. I don't remember the hygienists name, but she also played some cool music. Numbed my gums and did a excellent job.
