Very good on the procedure I had done and explaining costs.
I was very pleased with my visit. All were very professional and polite. I appreciated the time that each person took to explain their part in my initial exam as well, givin g full detail to the cost involved. Thank you all and I will definitely be visiting again. God Bless each of you
My dentist was the best that I've ever had .. he took time to listen to me and even took time to fix my crown/partial in a fashion that I suggested .. it worked great .. this was my second dentist that I went to that day because the first one (ImmediaDent) was rude and listened to nothing I was telling him .. sure glad I got a second opinion from Aspen .. and glad I chose Aspen to do the work !!
Overall did great. Especially with my fears of going, I have never been. Everyone was pleasant and eased my nerves when needed. My biggest complaint would be not being able to afford what i need done even after insurance. There is a sign on the window saying financing but should say if you qualify. I still would go back just would like to be able to make payments directly to them not have to get a loan.
Celeste was friendly and got me in and out quickly. Highly recommend.
Excellent!!! Most gentle dentist ever!!! Drills were quiet. I even was chewing on his hand a little bit lol and i he didnt say a word lol....sorry about that. I had a big infected molar pulled ...he did great. The suction guy didnt let and saliva sit in my mouth. Thats important to me
