I recently visited Aspen Dental for a general follow-up and x-rays, and I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of care and professionalism. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the process in detail, which really put me at ease. The follow-up was thorough. My only complaint was their equipment for the x-rays. They used the oldest technology, and had to switch the part that captures the angle of my teeth multiple times. The staff were extremely friendly and patient, and the facility was very clean. However, they lied and tried to overcharge me. I was there for an evaluation and they told me I needed this deep, antibiotic cleaning. The dentist informed me my gums were receding from my teeth and the damage was irreversible and would lead to my teeth falling out as I age but with this deep clean, it can prevent further damage if done annually, which they really insisted on. Professional, state of the art technology, informative & friendly environment are the best ways to describe my experience. I was referred by my spouse after being a first person to her appointment. As someone who hasn’t put much emphasis on going to the dentist, having a staff that can educate me on the importance of professional maintenance was key to a healthier lifestyle. Can’t thank the staff enough for their assistance and patience (wink-wink).

First visit to Aspen Dental. I needed to get my upper denture fixed. They were able to fix it in less than an hour. The receptionist, assistants and doctor were very courteous. I was very pleased with the whole experience. They definitely have a new client.

Last week of December, I visited for a basic cleaning, but to my disappointment, I was told that I needed a filling. Despite having no issues or discomfort, I decided to follow their recommendation, wanting to be proactive about my dental health. Little did I know, this decision would lead to an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The staff was outstanding and professional, my experience with doctor Singh left much to be desired.
