Very long wait before getting service. Once my name was called, great service with x-ray tech, then taken back to talk doctor's assistant then doctor who was able to come up with a plan to help me. Then out to discuss payment options. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. A larger waiting room and better AC in waiting room is needed to make patients more comfortable.

I called the call center number on Sunday afternoon and they had me right in for an appointment Monday morning. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The process went smoothly for the x-rays and consult, and they had me scheduled for my next 3 appointments before I left. Couldn't be happier with the cost they quoted me either, very affordable.

Made an appointment. Was seen quickly. The staff was really nice. I thought I would be treated today. I had to schedule a root canal? Or have the tooth removed MAYBE at the time of appointment. Very weird. Never experienced that before. The issue has always been dealt with at my appointment. I won’t be coming back. and I drove an hour to the location just to have some X-rays taken. I called 10 Dentists in my area, no one was taking new customers. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled immediately due to the pain. I called Aspen Dental, they said they accept walk INS. I was told to stop in after 1pm. In less than a half hour I saw a dentist and they scheduled the appointment for me. 5 stars for great service!

I was in excruciating pain and needed an emergency extraction. I had called a few places prior and none offered walk- in services. Aspen was able to fit me in and I was able to get a tooth extraction that same day. Because I was a walk-in I had to wait a few hours but the staff was very professional and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be going again!
