Highly recommend you to go anywhere other than Aspen Dental in machesney Park, IL. First if you have any dental anxiety issues go somewhere else. They do not care. Second they told me I need a top denture and lower partial. I could not afford both so I did the top denture. The teeth of the top immediate denture are way too small and never lined up with my bottom teeth. They said that’s it’s fine because they are not my permanent dentures. I had a great experience with Dr. Song, He has a caring personality and explains everything in detail. Taylor the hygienist is phenomenal she has a great personality and does a great job cleaning teeth, she is the best hygienist I have ever had :) Thank you Dr. Song and Taylor you both are amazing. They have a great staff as well, they are all super sweet
I went for a consult regarding wisdom teeth removal as my dentist does not complete. The place was the dirtiest i have ever seen for a dental office. I was there an hour after open and the floors looked like they have not been swept or mopped for weeks. The area that the instruments were had debris build up and did not look like it had been wiped down/cleaned/sanitized recently. I do not recommend going to this office due to risk of infection. I am very embarrassed about the condition my teeth are in. Staff was so friendly and didn't make me feel self conscious. Rachael was amazing in explaining all the processes and really made everything so much easier. Can't wait to get my smile back!
Wonderful, speedy service ( next day appt for my broken tooth!) . Everyone is always so polite and friendly. Dr. Song explains all the steps he is taking along with any risks prior to the service. In and out in a little over an hour and he pulled on tooth and put a temp filling on my broken front tooth. I cant recommend this place enough :)
