Everyone was friendly and nice. But the appointment just took way to long. Appointment was at 1100 and didn't leave til almost 1.
After a visit to my regular denist told me i had two cracked teeth that required crowns, i decided to get a second opinion. I am so glad i did as it was only my filings that were cracked. I now have a new dentist. Thanks Aspen!
Did great. Just one small issue with the insurance paying for the doctor review. Still waiting to see if they are gonna pay for it.
From a kid, I was scared of dentists but Aspen dental made me very comfortable. Everyone who dealt with me was so upfront yet gentle and assuring. Dr. Kate is great! Thank you I did not feel a thing. I had some after pains last night but I have no pain today. Good job!
Staff was so super nice! I am not the best detail patient, as my mouth and teeth are sensitive and I have a tendency to gag. But they were awesome! My only concern is that the rooms were really really dirty. Lots of dust on fixtures and lots of dried spit stains on the X-ray jacket. As wonderful as the staff was, the dirty conditions might prevent a return visit. Other than that, a good value!
After having an accident that cracked my front tooth, I came into Aspen and was treated by friendly staff. Each time I go in to get work done going through this accident of mine I receive nothing but good care. All the staff, and the hygienist Mariah is awesome! Always makes me feel comfortable!
Everyone is very friendly. I just wish the cleaning could have been done the same day as the exam and X-rays.
