The experience in a whole was great. I don't have my new patient appointment scheduled till 6/11 but on 5/9 my crown fell off and due to work I had to wait till 5/12 to go but they got me in same day. I ended up needing the permanent tooth pulled cuz it was cracked. I would of had to come back the next day and then again this coming Friday. But the ladies looked at each step and figured out I could come back at 5 and get it all done same day which helps not to have to miss work this week. It was a pleasure doing business with Aspen Dental. Dr. Cartagena is awesome. She was very concerned with my problem and even though I had to get a Medical Release to have work done she took me right in and took care of my problem. Also I want to commend Lisa Then as she was part of my visit experience. I will highly recommend Aspen Dental and their Lakeland Northside staff to friends and family. Thank you
