I had a great experience with Aspen dental Anderson Sc. They were very professional and kind. I had 3 teeth extracted. I was very pleased with every visit. All interactions with everyone there was pleasant and professional. The cost was affordable. Seamless visits and very quick. The wait time was nominal. I would recommend them even having to drive from Seneca. Thank you so much for all your help. Great job by all.
My dentist was booked up for several months so I decided to go here for a routine cleaning. After telling me everything looked good in the consultation they sent me to the financing counter and told me for a standard cleaning WITH insurance (that is supposed to pay for X-rays and two cleanings) it would be a couple thousand. I made sure they were quoting me for just a cleaning and they repeated “yes and our doctors like to see you every 3 months”. I promptly left without getting my cleaning and was told I owe nothing. Walk-in service was awesome. They got me in quick and talked to me about my situation and costs. Very informative and concerned for my well being and getting treatment needed. Would def recommend for any dental visit, minor or major. Scheduled or emergency, Aspen is where you need to go!
I’m not sure about others but the staff was extremely friendly got me in quickly, diagnosed and created a plan to get my teeth healthy and on track. Offered a variety of ways to make my plan affordable and would recommend this office.
Very systematic. However didn’t appreciate Dr. talking so loudly all my business could be heard out in lobby although I was sitting right under him. Would’ve been nice if he’d explored some options with me. His response was immediate referral to endodontics in next town wherein they charge almost $500 just for consultation . There could’ve been a more personal patient friendly approach.
