People at Aspen Dental are very nice and accommodating. I was told with my insurance I would only have to pay X amount per visit (I get my teeth cleaned quarterly). Since then I got 2 more bills for more money. I tried calling the customer service number on my bill and it’s disconnected. I had to personally go back to the office to ask questions. Do not use Aspen! These are not practices, they are business. I scheduled a cleaning and it ended up being nothing but X-rays. I can’t explain it but it just didn’t feel comfortable. They were even diagnosing things without even looking in my mouth and I just wasn’t comfortable so I told them I wanted to leave and find a regular dentist which I did and find it much more comfortable. Whatever you do, stick to a normal dentist
From the moment I walked the atmosphere was so inviting and friendly. Everyone was polite and had smiles on Thier faces. Everyone explained what they were doing and why. When it came time to talk about the cost of my dentures Holly the office manager went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible set with my budget. She was amazing. Truly everyone there was. I would recommend for anything, from a cleaning to extractions and id definitely recommend for dentures!!
The staff was unbelievably kind from the woman who checked me in, the woman who took my X-rays, to the dental hygienist, dentist, and woman who checked me out and got me scheduled for my follow up appointments. I previously had a bad experience at another clinic in Tallahassee and had came to Aspen for a second opinion and to establish care with them. My first and last cleaning appointment. After waiting an hour in the lobby, I was taken to a chair where I waited another 30 minutes to be seen. By the way, they were knowingly behind schedule and no one said a word. The hygienist spent 5 minutes shaping, then polished my teeth. That's it. For $160. Never going back!!
