This was the best dental office I have been to. Everyone there I spoke with from first calling for appt to the dentist himself were all very nice and professional. I was very impressed.
Promptly kept appointment. Didn't wait at all. Everyone is friendly and professional. They always make sure I'm comfortable and not on pain.
My experience was great at Aspen. I wouldn't have changed a thing. My hygenist, Diana, was so welcoming and wonderful. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was very patient. Dr. Mashini was very nice and informative. The whole staff was super nice!
Everyone was very pleasant and informative. But unable to persue this at this time.
The Aspen Dental in Sterling Heights is wonderful! The staff is super friendly and Dr. Michael was amazing at filling in my chipped tooth! This is the third time needing it filled and the care and attention he paid is unmatched by any other dentist! I have not encountered one bad experience at this location (which can't be said for all locations). I was on the verge of leaving Aspen Dental but beacuse of the great staff here I am happy to stay!
Very professional staff. Everyone was so nice. The only complaint I have is with your finance policy. If the loan companies Fortiva or Comfort Care deny the patient request to cover some of the dental cost , why isn't there a payment plan in place by Aspen? If the patient has half of total cost, why can't that be applied and a monthly payment agreement offered as an option? When I arrived it was no wait. I usually have to wait about 15 minutes which is an inconvenience. So no wait was perfect. Not to mention I was there for a cleaning but they were actually able to even do a filling for me.
Diana is the coolest motherfucker on the planet. Keep it real, homey.
I felt very comfortable & welcome from all staff members in the Aspen dental office
