Carrie was the best hygienist I have ever visited. Also, they were very up front about what the cost would be for my deep cleaning. They also took me as a new patient and were willing to do my deep cleaning the same day. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for regular cleanings.
If I could leave a worse star rating I would I had the misfortune of walking into this place last year after a childhood filling fell out. They told me the tooth was not fixable and needed pulled. Did 1/2 of a two part cleaning and never scheduled me for the pull because their "system was down". Charged my card OVER $2000 despite not performing services After WEEKS of calling, they refunded less than half of that, claiming the cleaning was worth over $1000. Their service ia just as bad as you can imagine，the front desk is not professional and the only word she gonna repeat is I don't control your insurance when I only asking what the bill was，they send me balance three times a month，each time with different number which leads me lots of question，and this front desk won‘t try to solve it for you just tells u to stop yelling when you are just talking in a normal manor，I have no idea what happened to this place since we have been here for 7 years，suddenly they replace all their em... read more
I am an absolute pansy at the dentist for no apparent reason but the staff here made me feel so comfortable during my visit. Everyone was extremely nice and efficient. And my dentist, Keri was awesome. Thank you guys for making me feel like you cared and making my visit more tolerable than anticipated.
I went for an emergency extraction. doctor pulled tooth as well as other teeth because i was told they were also bad. Dr. Chaudery tore away jaw bone when i returned for post op check ups. Im now a 33 yo who wears dentures. I totally live with regret when i listened to their advice. they will make it seem really good but its just so they can make money off the procedure.
