I felt very comfortable going in and being greeted by the receptionist. She was friendly and very nice. The lab technician let me know what she was going to do and made me feel at ease. The dentist hygienist was very welcoming and explained my treatment plan. Dr. nguyen Was nice and explained everything to me that needed to be done. The young lady who helped me pick a payment plan that best suited me was very understanding and nice. I’m so glad I came here and I plan on sticking with them.
The people a Aspen dental are super friendly I will give them that but what I don't like is the fact that your insurance covers part of the visit and then you have to pay out of pocket for the rest and I completely understand that. Although I did pay the difference at the time of the visit but a year later you get a random bill in the mail expecting you to pay while they wait a year to tell you about this and never say anything about it at any visits so keep up with your receipts or you're going to be billed twice for the sa... read more
I cracked a tooth while eating. Was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was professional and courteous. They sat down and explained treatment options and costs. I feel they did everything to help me make an informed decision. The tooth was extracted, a bone graft completed, sutures utilized. I will update this should things change, but so far I am thoroughly satisfied.
This office crew is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Everyone from the front office, the doctor, the nurses, the lab ladies, everyone who works there were so amazing! Everytime I went there, whoever was working with me that day, made me feel like I was their only patient.
