The people was very friendly had a nice attitude and explain things very well so in other words very helpful
Although the outcome of my visit wasn't the best news, the staff at the Clarksville, TN office were very nice and took their time even though it was a bit busy. I have an appointment for my wisdom teeth extraction already made. The office manager was ready to help me with cost and it feels less of a burden because of her help. Glad I finally found a dentist for me.
Everyone was great. From the lady doing X-rays to Hygenist and office manager who came in room to greet me and inform me of what to expect and the Dentist. Only complaint was when discussing cost for treatment, they automatically included a toothbrush, that I did not request, into my total. Hygenist discussed the brush during her visit with me and said it cost $100 less than retail and If I'm interested I can discuss with manager when I review the treatment plan cost. I did not appreciate the fact that I was forced to have X-rays done when all I needed was a tooth replaced on my dental plate. If I need other dental work I will ask for it.
Once I got back to back for clean everything went well. Received good care.
I was really nervous because I don't like going to the dentist but I felt very relaxed at this visit everyone was very polite.and I'm looking forward to having my treatment done.
Morgan was so sweet doing my cleaning so gentle. The whole staff is awesome
I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. They new this fact and did everything to make me comfortable.
