We only came in for appointments today since we were in the area but…turns out they had a cancellation so they took us both in immediately! After that, my good luck continued with a good checkup and cleaning from a new-to-me hygienist named “Gabrielle”. She was gentle but firm and gave (what I felt) was a very thorough cleaning. They did a good job cleaning my teeth but their secretaries are extremely incompetent. They need to be retrained. They told me my insurance doesn't cover crowns and it does. They tried billing me $8,600 twice for services when my insurance covers the services 100%. I asked them if they needed copies they said no, good thing I double checked because they in fact did need copies of the pre estimate assessment. Great office, met the new owner and he was so kind. He made me feel very comfortable and seemed very confident. The staff are all so nice and experienced. Front desk worked with me on payment plans and were very flexible. They got me out of pain immediately after my first visit and I felt nothing.
I had the most amazing experience here, I needed work done and I needed it done fast, they got everything done and got me right in. My teeth look amazing!! Its been so long since I could smile a full smile, my teeth are perfect and beautiful!!!! Highly recommend!
My first impression was more friendlier atmosphere then I experienced back in 2021. The dental staff, even made my visit to a dentist office seem pleasant. After meeting with the doctor, I was assured, this visit was more personal than the one I had back in 21.
