The staff was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I had my four year old granddaughter with me and had to have X-rays and the girl doing my X-rays kept poking her head around the corner to check on her and letting me know how she was doing 😊. I was able to book all my appointments and become an established patient all in the day.
This place is a money scam. Staff was pleasant enough but after receiving X-rays I didn’t want, being told I had to schedule multiple appointments for cleanings (couldn’t be done same day???) and fillings, seeing the Hygenist and doctor for less than 5 minutes combined and receiving an estimate for $3,000 (but don’t worry they offer payment plans that don’t help at all) I will never return. I don’t leave reviews but this place really sent me with the way they take advantage of people who don’t know better.
My experience was very positive today. Everyone was so friendly. They fit me in for emergency visit right away that day and Catherine took good care me from beginning to end. Very pleased and highly recommend Aspen!
Very poor customer service and timeliness with responding to voicemails. I called multiple times with no response and when I would get a response the woman’s attitude was extremely rude and frustrating. Multiple things were not explained properly during my visit which in turn made it so I was unable to actually receive the care I needed. Please find somewhere better for any and all of your dental needs.
I was helped with the best options and answers possible.. I will be able to get both sets of dentures for a completely reasonable price. The fact that all my teeth have been removed has set me back in life due to the embarrassment and shame that I feel. Soon, I will not feel this way and will have a perfect smile again!
