Hello I would like to sincerely thank the dentists Dr. Dan and Michael for helping me yesterday they are very kind men ! I would especially like to thank Giselle for her caring and kindness toward me when she took my x rays she was awesome and I really appreciate her helping me thanks again Robyn :)

My reason for going was because I had broken a molar and wanted it fixed somehow. I tried several dentists and to my dismay was quite disappointed with them. I then checked on the Internet and read reviews of many patients which were the most positive 'report card'. I need to say that I truly fear going to the dentist and it took a lot from me to make the first step ie making a call for an appointment. I've had several horrific experiences in the past which left me shell-shocked. I took the first step and walked in. phewww!!. Then I was greeted by the most remarkable people that work there. from the front desk to the lab person, Leighanna, dental hygienist then Dr. Dan. I cannot tell you how comfortable they all made me feel; despite my real anxiety. The entire staff at the Largo clinic all deserve kudos!. Thank you for you patience and understanding and true caring way.

My appt was off to a good start. Was told I needed a crown (which is what I expected). After not having been to the dentist in over 15 years I was terrified to learn of any other issues. Then I got the quote and a new fear arose. A starting price of $808 quickly became almost $2000. With some persuasion we got the bill down. The part I was most bothered by is how the bill is presented. They add in several OPTIONAL things but do not disclose this to you. I had to ask what all of these things are. It makes a great place seem shady. After the sticker shock and some patience, we got through it and came to an agreement. But I really think you need to work on how you present the billing. On a good note, The staff and doctors are fantastic, friendly, patient and thorough in their explanation. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone was kind and non judge mental. It was a comfortable experience and i would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who was aprehensive about going to the dentist. My brother hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years and he has seizures. The staff made him feel totally comfortable and we are going to get the work he needs done at that facility.

After losing a crown in the front of my mouth I was mortified! Visited another dental office in the area that quoted me a treatment plan for $6000! That was not acceptable so I called Aspen Dental on Seminole Blvd. From the minute I spoke with the front office staff I was impressed and they gave me an appointment the same day! During my visit today I was blown away by the manner in which I was treated. From the registration process to my decision on available options, the option I chose was $627, what a huge difference. I felt supported, treated professionally and never felt I was being 'bullied' into unnecessary treatment. I have a visit tomorrow to bring my smile back to beautiful and couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely return to this office and recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Aspen Dental staff you were all awesome!!

Aspen Dental is one great place. I got a great price and a great exam. They are perhaps 25% less than other places in general. We do shop around. They go out of there way to please all customers. Thanks, Gary
