Everyone there is super friendly and help you find the right path for whatever you need done. Great atmosphere and they try their best to make sure you're comfortable during your visit. I'm always super nervous going to get any kind of work done on my teeth but after meeting the staff and talking about what my options are, I feel a bit better.
The staff were all really kind and communicative, and they were totally upfront about pricing and procedures I would need. Usually, going to the dentist makes me super anxious, but they were very reassuring along the way and I'm so thankful for them making me feel comfortable. My only warning is that their wait times were long, so be prepared to wait for a while. It's worth it.
Staff was incredibly helpful. The front desk was very helpful and guided me in the completion of all forms. The technician was very patient and friendly paying attention to my growing anxiety. He took his time and asked if I was ok. The doctor was thorough in explaining his findings upon initial examination. He then explained the pro that would be needed and the options that I would have also explaining some of the costs of each option.
The dentist came in and poked around my mouth while speaking to his assistant. Didn't explain a SINGLE thing to me and when I asked him how my teeth can have these issues when I've had great teeth my whole life and cut sugar out years ago his response was "you need to clean more often" and walked out the room before I even had a chance to reply. Then the billing lady came in and said the out of pocket cost would be 7 THOUSAND dollars for the work he wants to do on my teeth. I flat out said I'm getting another opinion because... read more
From someone who suffers dental anxiety, I feel this office & staff were very kind, walked me through everything, and were quick to take care of me! I was seen on Tuesday, for some broken teeth that my last dentist refused to pull. I went with these broken, infected teeth for over a year until finding this office, and them pulling them today!
