Had a tooth pulled plus teeth cleaning went perfect no issues. Wait time was fine with me. The staff was great The docs were great and explained everything in great details of what to expect and what to do after to help keep my teeth clean. Great job to everyone 😀✌️💪🏻👍

I have only been to the Sanford location and was blown away with all the staff - outgoing, caring and knowledgeable! Music always playing so I felt comfortable. Dr Sandra was excellent as always. Her assistant Yannelly was training a new staff member so I felt like I got extra care. Yannelly was so friendly and took such good care of me. Being in the military and the medical field in my past makes me expect high expectations which the Sanford location always meets! I highly recommend this Dentist office.

Dr. Truong and the staff at Aspen Dental were excellent. I called on a Friday in June for an emergency appointment (my regular dentist was closed) and the receptionist was compassionate and got me an appointment that same morning. Dr. Truong really listened to me and my issues, did a sensitivity test, and scheduled me for dental surgery that same day to alleviate the pain. Totally impressed w the staff, they are all like ants working but smiling n putting up w someone’s bad humor, (me, dad jokes all the way lol)! Caring professionals who listen to the patient and adjust their recommendation plan accordingly. My dental hygienist, Seritawas the best hygienist I’ve had in awhile. Just made me feel so comfortable and that my needs were taken into consideration.

It has been over 25yrs i didn't see a dentist. I have a BIG fear because i have trouble with anesthesia. But i had to go and i did have trouble with anesthesia but the doctor and staff where excellent with me. Had 3 extraction 😕 - its been today one week and feeling great. They even help me to get financial help and will be doing monthly payments.I still feel fear but thats on ME. Thanks to everyone to have me going back.😁
