I recommend the technical staff that put together my upper denture and lower partial. They did a great job! The problem I have is with the account managers that do the financial estimation and collection . I talked to both of them at length yesterday morning, and they both are unscrupulous, not truthful, and have horrible customer service demeanor. Although I was given a detailed financial estimate previously on my lower partial, they decided to up charge me on one line item, creating the model for my denture, from my estimated payment of $49 for this line item up to $112. They both would not budge off this up-charge, so I decided to pay it. Also, when I got the initial estimate for the denture and partial, the amount was over $2000 . By pointing out unnecessary charges which my insurance Delta dental will not cover, my estimate was reduced down to $1000. After that, they felt compelled to add an up-charge like I mentioned above. On a positive note, I had mentioned in my review a month ago that the waiting room furniture was in horrible condition and I noticed that Aspen dental did replace that furniture and it looks very professional now. In summary, if you are not knowledgeable about dental charges and insurance, I highly recommend you go to another dentist office. Update February 25: Aspen dental representative contacted me and agreed to make a refund in the amount of $112 for the model for my denture. So in summary, the technicians do a great job on their end, and on the administrative end, aspen dental representatives will correct an administrative mistake when contacted. So, I do recommend Aspen dental .

Once again, had a wonderful experience with one of the lovely ladies who do scheduling/ admitting- Destiny Hopkins was very kind, patient, informative, thorough and was able to get me and my kids booked even with my crazy schedule.
