Very friendly. Painless. The woman dentist in there is great! Got my top teeth pulled and a wisdom tooth pulled in about 40 minutes. The assistant was very nice and the new lady who was shadowing put my mind at ease. Overall great experience so far. We will see once new top denture is completed in a few months from now but the immediate denture is fine so far..
My review of my experience is a mixed one. I had a dental emergency that needed immediate attention. Unfortunately, my regular dentist was not available. I reached out to Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly, and they dealt with my emergency in a timely manner. I need a crown re-cemented. After taking an ex-ray, I met with the dentist and her assistant. Recently, I came here for a cleaning appointment, and it has turned into a nightmare. They told me that I had a cavity and pressured me into getting it filled in. Keep in mind I felt no discomfort at this point or any indication of this cavity. I've had cavities previously and I could tell when they were giving me issues. This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They scheduled me within 48 hrs of my phone call and were in network and knowledgeable about all insurance… so office staff A+ The dental team from the hygienist, dentist and assistants we're absolutely the best of the best!!! I drove 6 hrs to come here from Virginia and it was worth it…There’s not a dentist within 400 miles of my house that can come close to their skills!! They care and it shows!!!
Waiting time too long. I arrived at 2;08 left at 4:30. They said they only have one C Ray machine and one examination room. They have an oral surgeon that is not “in network “ with any insurance. That’s the way he prefers to work. I really don’t know why I went back to Aspen Drntzl. Staff is friendly and professional.
