I am the type of person who is very nervous at a dentist office. I really don't like going. However, I knew I had to go and get some work done to my teeth. When I got to Aspen, they were very respectful and wonderful to me. They saw I had some anxiety but I can tell you that it was very mild. The Muncy Aspen team was fantastic to deal with. Everyone there is very polite and friendly. They got me into a permanent crown within ~3 weeks of being a new patient. Staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain their roles, the information that l needed to know to make informed decisions regarding my dental care and the suggested.plan of care for treatment. I highly recommend their services.
First time in my adult life I've had to pay for a routine cleaning. Of course it was all covered by my insurance, but someone billed it wrong and now I have to go through the process of getting my money refunded with customer service who can't be bothered to answer the phone. Additionally, if you're going to charge $9 for a single oral b head, you should maybe make that clear when it's requested in place of the standard manual toothbrush. Otherwise, someone could get the wrong impression that it's free. I guess that's on me.... read more
I know the reviews recently can be a little disheartening but give them a shot. Call and make sure your appointment is for sure good. I didn't have any issues whatsoever. I know some people said they tried secretly tacking on fees but I feel like it's your job to be diligent and read over the bill. The staff was pretty awesome. They had me laughing. Very informative.
