I came to this dentist today after having a myriad of issues with Great Expressions Dental in Jacksonville. I was honestly nervous to try a new dentist as my previous office said I needed fillings among other work every time I have gone. This dental staff was beyond friendly, and understood my frustrations with previous office. They were able to do X-rays, exam, and cleaning all to my surprise this morning as I thought it would just be an initial consult. Nobody likes going to the dentist but Aspen was great to me! They got me in first thing in the morning for some unbearable tooth pain. Extracted the teeth same day and had a deep cleaning. The staff were all great and made me feel very comfortable.
I had an amazing experience with the team at this location. They fit me in as a walk-in after a late cancellation. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while so I will admit I was a little nervous to start. I don’t leave reviews often but this was probably one of the most genuine customer service experiences I have been through in my life. Today was my first time going to Aspen Dental and my experience was amazing! The staff were really nice and made me feel welcomed. I was able to get emergency dental work done same day! I would recommend this to anyone here in Jacksonville! Keep up the good work everyone. 😊
My experience was awesome. When I called with inquiries, the person on the phone was extremely personable & informative. The receptionist was sweet & reassuring. The x-ray person was compassionate, quick, & personable. The doc was REAL! I love that she seemed very capable.
