RecommendedFrom the second I called to make an appointment this place has been warm and welcoming. They didn’t accept my insurance and found so many ways to cut the prices down and work work me. They are so gentle and kind and I brought my 7 year old with and they let her sit by me and gave her a treat. Sonali, Karen and Caitlin were incredible! Thank you again for your help!

No idea why there’s any bad reviews on here! I was sooooo nervous to step foot inside a dentist office but the crew here reassured me everything would be alright, and everything WAS ALRIGHT! Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to dr Feng made everything super comfortable and approachable. Best dentist experience ever! A++++

They were professional and friendly from the front desk (Kylie), to Hygienist (Jessica), to Assistants (Robyn and Mona), to Dr. Feng (DDS). Office Manager, Anna, is beyond awesome in assisting with payment options and any other concerns. Definitely would recommend to anyone. 😁

Had my first appointment at Aspen Dental in Palatine at the corners of Rand and Dundee. It was a perfect experience. Rose greeted my kindly upon entering and explained the process. I needed X-Rays taken and Carly did a great job. Dr. Paul was my dentist and he has a great way about him and communicated any positives and negatives extremely well.
