First time customer, arrived at 10am as instructed for 10:15 appointment, finished paperwork by 10:10. At 11am asked how much longer (empty reception, 3 came in after me, they all went in before me), had to reschedule a paying client call at noon. Excellent service with professional approach. Well recommended
worst dentist firm ever. 1 hour lobby wait, 2.5 hours in chairs, business manager tried to press me into an $8k financing deal without reviewing a single line of the plan, not options considered.These folks are cons, no wonder they have huge turnover, you'll never have the same staff on return visits. Good luck.
Terrible experience. Initially, I was forced to wait 1 hour and 14 minutes in the waiting room for my first ever experience with Aspen Dental. Then, there’s a billing error I get caught in the middle of and despite calling multiple days in a row and being told I’d get a call back, it wasn’t until the third day that happened. Hygienist was good. Dentist is average. Front desk person is awful. Shows no care for patients
It surprised me that they requested prepayment when scheduling appointment of cleaning! Long waiting even if I had booked appointment. They called me in about 40 min later! The office manager is not friendly. The doctor is fine. The person at front desk is pretty kind.
