Really fast, super accommodating, very straightforward about pricing and explaining procedures. Kind staff.
Never answer the phone and never actually call back when they say they will. Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to use Aspen dental anywhere unless they had to

They over charge and over diagnose periodontal disease. I have been going to them for too long. My husband asked me to look into the fact that our insurance wasn't covering the "periodontal cleanings" - long story short, they have been over charging us for a few years and we are going to another dentist for a second opinion. I feel really stupid for going to them as long as I have. They may have been too aggressive with my cleanings and damaged my gums further.

Very rude. Very unprofessional. Jessica and whoever else works in the office are not helpful. Should've never started services at Aspen dental because they're all a literal hot unorganized mess.

Went here about 2 months ago to get some cavity's cleaned, root canal and wisdom tooth extraction. They tried to charge me nearly 25,000 dollars so I found a new place that will charge 4,000 for everything and they saved my teeth. Aspen wanted to pull all of them out.

If I could I would give 0 stars they actually should give - star reviews I would tell you to never and I mean never unless your a billionaire go here!!! My husband is a veteran doesn't have insurance they had him apply for care credit, not a problem ... but when you pre charge and yes they MAXED out the 2300 credit card... has only had 1 tooth pulled and some fragments of a tooth on the other side. Havnt even discussed that they was going to charge him up front for all this supposed care they going to do and to top it off hi... read more

Horrible! I went in with insurance for a regular cleaning, they performed test and told me I had ginigivitis They sat me down with someone to explain prices on that type of cleaning. they wanted $800 for a cleaning. I left. and went to Birmingham Family Dentistry Downtown! They Were So Wonderful, I also was told I didn't have gingivitis & my insurance covered the cleaning. Don't Come Here !

My dentist was unable to get me in for a broken tooth so I decided to try them since they could get me in quicker. I went in a they were nice enough. Told me I needed Invisalign, maybe I do but that's not why I'm there. Then after waiting for 30 mins finally saw the "patient care coordinator" and she gave me a price that included Invisalign of $3k+. I asked her to take it out and then my total for a crown and 1 filling was $800. I have double insurance so this was not making sense. Come to find out they had a $135 tooth brus... read more

Worst experience ever! Over 75 days and still wearing a temporary bridge. Original visit the dental assistant didn't make a proper impression before the procedure began. I would give negative stars for care if possible.
