Well this was my first visit since my old dentist no longer did dentures. I needed the front tooth replaced. Making the appointment so easy. I arrived on time filled out info on an ipad And was taken within 15 min. The tech very pleasant,the doctor Dr. Singh very friendly and understanding explained everything and approximately the time is would take. At that point i decided to have a new denture for the top. Aspen dental /commach ny. I made an appointment for my 85 year wheelchair bound sister to have removable bridge fixed or replaced. My appointment was for 12:15 last Friday. We were 10 minutes late. The receptionist told us the dentist had to leave by 1 PM . This was our first time at this office and we would be a new patient. According to the notes of the person who made our appointment we were told to be at the office by 12 noon because the dentist had to leave at 1 PM. This dental clinic is the worst I have ever visited. This was my first and last time coming here. I went in to get my partial denture fixed as one of the teeth was loose and needed professional attention. My appointment was at 8:45am and I ended up staying until almost 11am. waiting until almost 11am. They performed a standard examination for my first visit, including taking X-rays of all my teeth, which took about 15 minutes.
