I have never been to a dentist office where I feel so relaxed, at home and well taken care of. Dr. Singh is awesome, I’m terrified of the dentist’s needle, Dr Singh was able to calm me promised me it would be as painless as possible and for the first time I got Novocain and didn’t feel a thing. Devin, the front desk receptionist was beyond nice and helpful. Very polite and understood my situation which made me feel comfortable. Dr. Singh was very nice and patient. Let me speak without talking over me. Will definitely be back soon. P.S. Office was very clean and had moden technology to make things go a bit faster. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Thanks guys 🙂
I absolutely love this dentist office! From the moment I walked through the door to the time I sat in the chair, I felt completely taken care of. Dr. Kamalpreet Singh is incredibly caring, thoughtful, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answers all your questions. His assistant, Eric, was amazing as well — kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the whole visit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They lied to me, got me to pay them over $3000.00 with an annual warranty that I was told is good in all 50 states. I was passing through New York. I specifically told them that. I asked 3 times about the warranty and verified that it was good in all 50 states. I also left there with bad dentures. Please for the love of god do not give this place your business. Told me I had gum disease, several cavities and needed a root canal. Gave me a bill for 5k and pressured me to take a hard hit on my credit to get approved for care credit. Even though their general dentist is under my insurance, they bring in specialists that can be outside of network and they DONT TELL YOU!! Very intentionally deceptive.
