I was seen by some really friendly and professional people that made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they took care of my needs in a prompt fashion. I got my X-rays and thorough consultation. I was also given a payment plan that was really important, since I am on a budget and in need of lots of dental care. I asked lots of questions and they were able to answer them for me. I really like the staff!!
Told me I have cavities that I don't have. Also suggested a deep cleaning (which I got, and probably didn't need... but you know, upselling.) I came here a year and a half ago for a basic checkup and cleaning. I mentioned I thought I might I some cavities because a different dentist I went to a year before that said I had some. They told me I have 4 cavities that need to be filled. I did not get the cavities done here because I just got weird, pushy, corporate, BS, trying-to-sell-me-things-I-don't-need vibes at this place... read more
First time here and I had a great experience from the moment I walked in until the time I left. Everyone from the front end receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist, financial manager and doctor were all great! Very professional with great bedside manners! Thank you all!
GET A SECOND OPINION!! My wife and I went here for my wife having urgent extreme dental pain over the weekend and this was the only dentist with emergency openings to see her. Our regular dentist is up north jersey and did not have any appointments available so we tried Aspen. At first everything seemed to have went well, the place is clean and looks nice , friendly staff …the usual. I came in for a new patient appointment, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in. Aspen Dental is very clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and kind. The assistant who took me back—I believe her name was Ashley—was very nice and informative. The hygienist, Said, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Finally, Dr. Shah was incredible.
