I came to get established as a new patient and was greeted politely by the receptionist, waited literally 5 minutes and was taken in for ex-rays followed by an examination by both the dentist and the hygienist. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the state-of-the-art equipment and everyone's professionalism. I was provided with a treatment plan, which I was in complete agreement. UPDATE: If you've experienced the same scam, you can report Aspen to the following 3 places which may set in motion CONSEQUENCES for Aspen Dental: Make sure you submit a DETAILED complaint - NAMES of the liars, date, who told you what, the amount you were overcharged, what was vs. was not covered, etc. 1. I made an appointment specifically for getting a chipped tooth filled. After arriving and seeing dentist for 5 minutes I'm informed oh we need to schedule another appointment for the procedure. This was just for evaluation the doctor is busy today. And this was from the office manager. So I wasted an entire afternoon. Gas and tolls for nothing They must book 8 appointments an hour. Surprised they don't just have a drive through window. Go to a real local dentist office where you get service

If I could give zero stars I could. Worst Dentist I have ever been to. I get a cleaning and X-rays done every 6 months and they tell me that I need a deep cleaning that will cost almost 700 dollars with my insurance paying about 100. Absolutely ridiculous, and that they wouldn't give me a regular cleaning because they wouldn't make 700 dollars. Bunch of con artists!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid Aspen Dental - Unprofessional & Money-Driven I recently moved to the area and scheduled a checkup with Aspen Dental because they had availability. Big mistake. I booked a checkup and a basic cleaning covered by my insurance, but Aspen Dental refused to provide it. Instead, they pushed an unnecessary $1,400 deep cleaning and, when I declined, offered a $600 alternative--but still refused to do the standard cleaning I had scheduled.
