Unfortunately my experience with Aspen Dental has been both costly and morally concerning. I don't often write 1 star reviews, but felt the need to share for consideration of others where they put their trust. I have historically spotless dental health (no history of cavities, pain, etc.) so was shocked to be told I had 4 cavities that needed filling and needed a Gingival cleaning, all costing over $700 with insurance. Came in for a super simple extraction, they ended up handing us a $13,500 bill for everything but a simple extraction. Walked out after FIVE hours of waiting, the exam, a 3D mouth scan, xrays, etc. Before the doctor even attempted to explain what the best course of action was, they pushed us to the front desk and handed us a quote of $13,500 for irrelevant issues. Thank you for making my visit pleasant. I have always been nervous when going to the dentist, but everyone made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly, I was seen on time, my cleaning was pain free, went over my treatment plan with coordinating manager. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Aspen Dental was a great experience. Concierge was very pleasant. The Staff took good care of me. They answered all of my questions. They made sure I understood everything that they explained to me. I would recommend this Dentist to my Family and Friends 👍
