I was seen by some really friendly and professional people that made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they took care of my needs in a prompt fashion. I got my X-rays and thorough consultation. I was also given a payment plan that was really important, since I am on a budget and in need of lots of dental care. I asked lots of questions and they were able to answer them for me. I really like the staff!!
This place was outstanding! From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to introduce themselves while walking me through the entire process. I can honestly say this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I actually look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!
DO NOT GO HERE ! I was told I had gum disease and 3 cavities. Told me I needed a deep cleaning as soon as possible. I got the cleaning which was extremely painful by the way! I wanted to get a second opinion about the gum disease. My new dentist informed me that I in fact do NOT have gum disease or three cavities. She also told me that typical deep cleanings are done in sessions - not all in one sitting. AND that my deep cleaning was highly unnecessary. I broke a tooth on Tues night and was so grateful that Aspen dental was able to see me at 9:30 the next morning. The staff there is top notch, and put me at ease every step of the way. The x-ray tech was so friendly and assured me multiple times that everything was going to be alright—which was much needed as my tooth was broken and I have a general fear of the dentist. I came in for a new patient appointment, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in. Aspen Dental is very clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and kind. The assistant who took me back—I believe her name was Ashley—was very nice and informative.
