All they’re trying to do is sign you up for a plan, hustle you out of your money and keep you coming back. I went there to simply get a tooth pulled and me not knowing how these people operate, they convinced me to sign up for their plan and they ended up violating the waiting period on my insurance. Now their manager is threatening me to pay out of pocket. Professional, polite and prompt. Got an appointment the same day I called! Staff and doctor were all great, eased my anxiety and provided excellent care. Office is clean, welcoming, and well equipped to fully serve patient needs.
My experience with Aspen dental on Alico rd was AMAZING ! From the minute I walked in the door , Elizabeth (front desk ) greeted me and welcomed me into the office . The dental assistants Harley and Myriam were very patient with me taking X-rays . The hygienist Marlene was very gentle , nice , warm hearted and very informative . I was so impressed. I broke my denture and really wanted it fixed. I scheduled online on a Sunday and they called me Monday morning for details. I wasn’t a patient so had to go through some stuff to establish as a patient, but everyone was so kind. My appointment was at 9:30 this morning and picked up my repaired denture at 3:00 pm. Fits perfect!
I had a root canal done by Dr. Sowers, his care and team were fantastic. He was thorough and I could tell he truly cared for the health of my tooth. He even called me on his own time to check on how things were going. I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing work. Thanks again!
