Had great experience until right at the end. Had an issue with my husband’s dentures on a Friday afternoon and they said “wait til Monday”. Of course, we paid in full when he had his teeth pulled months ago so they aren’t getting anymore money. As with most companies, they are all smiles and accommodating until they get your money. In addition, the young lady that I talked to on the phone was very snarky and unhelpful.
Had a dental emergency on 4th of July. NOBODY could get me in over the holiday BUT ASPEN did! This visit was beyond impressive. I was met with kind friendly compassionate and very proffessional staff. WOW what an experience! Everyone should have a dentist whom sees patients even on holidays in an emergency. Dentist was great and receptionist was great. The lady that took my X-rays was rude and acted like she didn’t wanna be there. I tired explaining to her what was going on refused to listen and got all huffy and puffy. I almost walked out.
Great folks. Attentive to details. Sought out what I like and disliked about my current dentures and asked about expectations for new plates. Super friendly. So far great experience.
Everyone was so nice love my hygienist and dentists even the lady that took my X-rays very informative and will to give options if needed really seem to care for you , your teeth, and your budget! Can wait to see my new smile when all the work is done!
