My visit here was great! Paul is such an amazing light hearted person and made me extremely comfortable throughout my entire appointment. The doctor I had was also great and encouraged me while he did a tooth extraction. The whole team was very inviting from the finance manager, to the hygienist, to the doctor. Thank you for making my visit a great one. How you guys treat your patients really matters.
It's actually a wonderful peaceful ride from New Orleans to LaPlace. And when you get there the place is perfectly spotless. I don't even know how they managed to get a cleaning crew to get every speck of dust from every little corner everywhere. But it's great. And then of course Hugo Perez is the ultimate. He's gentle, explains everything perfectly, and has very gentle techniques.
The atmosphere was welcoming, staff members were friendly and very professional. I felt extremely comfortable due to it was my very first visit. I am glad I chose Aspen Dental . I have plans to continue my visits and treatments with them. A home away from home .
Prompt and well structured service from everyone. Employees are well mannered and courteous. Details of my X-rays were clearly explained, the technician was excellent.
Best visit I've had at a dentist in a while and the staff are just awesome, they are patient kind and try to make your visit as nice as possible. I'm scared of needles and they let me even hold their hand, I got help right away and took me very seriously. I hadn't had an office be this attentive towards me in a while, I'm 💯 recommending and returning.
