I had a wonderful first visit at this location. The staff was very welcoming, and I was seen quickly. Sandeep did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and gave me helpful advice on flossing. Dr. Chandi was kind, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My first impression of the staff at Aspen Dental in Burlington is AWESOME. The young ladies at the front desk were courteous and friendly and the office manager, Lisa, was gracious and understanding of the upcoming work I would need done and the costs associated. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Same for the technician and Dr. Chandi. I was able to be seen within an hour of calling because it was an emergency situation. Excellent overall experience especially considering the circumstances. We’ve been looking for a new dentist office for over a year and we’ve finally found it here!

Everyone I've met so far has been kind and gracious (exactly what I have been wanting after some not-so-great experiences with other dental practices). I loved the ease of online scheduling and the extent of care offered at Aspen. I suffer from anxiety, but I felt perfectly at ease here. This office has been an answer to prayer!
